Upmarket residential apartments design located in Camps Bay, Cape Town. These apartments are designed to overlook the Atlantic Ocean from a prime location.

The design concept entailed designing apartments on a relatively small site and having enough units fit on this site all while adhering to the municipal by-laws.

Split levels within the design meant that respective apartments share space in the sense that a singular apartment would be split 'mid-air' by the living area of another.

Furthermore, the modular design of these units allowed for a composition of proportion.
